Black wheel dust, brakes??

I have my Charger SRT8 just a few days and have had to constantly clean the black dust from the wheels, anyone else having problem and have you found a solution??

Everyone has the same problem. Dodges answer is that if you want that kind of braking power, you have to put up the dust.

Just wait until you start noticing the grooves developing in your discs.

There are volumes on this problem all over the net.

The good news is that DC has a TSB and is doing something about the groves....as for the dust well....actually I love the braking power so i'll live with the dust

I have a 2005 Magnum 5.7 all wheel drive for sale. Just took delivery of my new Srt8. Brakes are great, and I also well put up with the black dust.

its a compromise. you want brake power you have to give something up which in this case is clean wheels. its a trade off, but i would say its worth it.
