its a clone, a real one will set you back 200 to 300k or better. its a blast to drive. 426 hemi super stock build 700 hp roller cam 2x4 780s cross ram auto 727hd, shift kit; 456 shure grip, 8 3/4 norrowed rearend. it's BAD TO THE BONE.

Got a question for you guys out there..I am just about to the point in life that will allow me to begin my dream project.....a 68 Hemi clone...my question is this.....is there a prefered body style or Dart model to look for to begin this project?Beautiful car Dartman...I drooled all over my computer when i saw your ride...

thank you for checking out my ride. there's a book out called authenticity guide 1968 dart & barracuda hemi super stock by jim schild with larry griffith, if your going to build one, this book is a must have. my builder gave me the book. do you have a copy? i think the prefered body style is the dart. mr norm is selling reproductions for 150k plus. are you going with a crate hemi or are you building one? any color in mind yet? happy to here from you durango360 keep me posted thanks.

No i don't have a copy of the book yet...but will look for it. I would like to build a hemi for it, but if i have to I will go with a crate hemi. I saw the ones from Mr. Norm, but want to build this one myself.... As far as color, I was thinking leaving it white....but if i did go with another color, I will go black...
