Default Mr. Norms Supercharged GSS

Hello all. I am brand spanking new here primarily to get some info on this particular option. I am not a Mopar guy and honestly know nothing about them other then as much as any musclecar enthusiast might. I did just acquire two items that have been stashed away in the rafters for 20 years. It's the cast aluminum case and NOS carb (Thermoquad?) for the GSS. It's the black crinkle finish case and has "Mr. Norms Supercharged GSS" in raised letters on the case. No supercharger parts, hoses, etc. Just the case and the carb. I have no use for it and would like to put it on eBay but have no idea what it is worth. If anyone is aware of somebody restoring such a car, please forward this thread to them or email me. Thanks!

John

Call mr. Norms up and ask them. I am sure they would know:

OOH, Paxton parts... The GSS was a '72 only Demon 340 woith a Paxton supercharger attached to it. Supposed to be a very fast ride, I saw one once (only once), they are a rare find as are the parts for them, seem like you could fetch a pretty penny for those.

Forget everything I just said, they are worthless and I'll be happy to take them off your hands for you... LOL.

Thanks for the response guys! I have come across the Mr. Norm site as well and will try that too. I'm in the Chicago area so that's kinda cool.

Thanks!

I called and left a message as well as sent an email but have gotten no response from the contact at Mr. Norm's, unfortunately. I did speak with somebody that seemed like a Mopar collector, but was told it's not as rare as I thought it was. There seems to be little interest in the part but I may not be talking to the right people as I really don't know anybody in the Mopar community. Thanks for checking back! John

You could put a classified in Mopar Collectors Guide to sell it. You could put a question in at this forum www.forabodiesonly.com as they are for 'A' body Mopars such as the Demon,
