It should, the only differences I know of between small blocks are their bore and stroke, with the exception of the 318 poly block also called 318 wide block which is wider and has it's own unique intake manifold. The big blocks however come in 2 sizes B and RB which changes deck height and requires a spacer to use a B intake on an RB. Check Allpar.com just to be certain.
if it is a pre-1994 (non-magnum) 318, it should fit...all of the top end parts are interchangable within reason. unless you have stumbled across something like a W8 intake...
i know that dodge tried to make an engine with interchangeable parts as much as they could.. and i want a new 4 barrel intake, so its been a pain to figure it all out
Later 273's had the same intake bolt angle as 318 LA motors, I think. Also you will have to watch what manifold you use as the 340/360 heads had larger, taller ports. You can use them but you might have sealing problems plus turbulence at the step down from the runners to the ports. There are used small port 4bbl intakes on Ebay and the Edelbrock Performer is supposed to have a smaller runner.
