Default Who makes the best tire dressing

The best would be one that was long lasting and not oily and sticky.
One that would be dry to the touch after the appiication.
Anyone with any personal experience that has a preference?
Please no links to autopia, I'm not interested in their sales pitches.

I used a product called Black Cat (or something along that line) and it took me a hour to get the crap off the sides on my Durango. I threw it away and only use Meguiars tire black as it is similiar to Armour All,

If you don't want something oily or sticky and that will [should] dry, you'll want a water based dressing. The most common is Armor All. There is also Meguiar's Hyper Dressing (super popular; has 4 dilution ratios as well so you could potentially get 4 gallons of product from the gallon of concentrate) and Water Based Dressing if you are looking for something available in bulk. Black Magic Titanium Matte Tire Finish is a favorite of mine as it is the above, but isn't shiny. It just makes the tires nice and black. The downside is it is a bit pricey for how much you get, but I love it and am willing to spend that little extra for it. I do, however, only use it on one of my cars so the bottle lasts me awhile...

I use meguiars wet spray, lasts for ages... simple to use and keeps it looking sweet for about 2 weeks / 3-4 washes.

Default ...tire dressing...

Hey shock, I"ve been using Black Magic tire dressing for a few years now, it lasts for a couple of weeks and protects against UV rays that cause tires to dry rot. It also smells real good...maybe it could be used as an aftershave!(JUST KIDDING... DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME KIDS!!!),,,lol...kingoftow

There are two basic types: water based or oil based. Meg's Hyper dressing is water based as are most of the OTC dressings.

My favorite is Mothers Reflections since it seems slightly more durable than some I have used but prefer the matte look. I tried Meg's Hot Shine spray (clear) and it did not last long it all. AA Tire foam is actually not bad. I plan to try some Optimum Opti-Bond soon since Optimum usu

I use whatever is on sale. With the majority of the roads in this area being dirt, after I wash my truck, it looks good for about an hour or two. The same goes for me.....

I recommend Meguiars' Hot Shine, as long as you wipe of the excess about 15- and hour afterwards, it doesn't fling at all.
