Illegal Tint
Meh, I understand where he's coming from. Very first modification I had done to my 2010 ram was the window tint. Had it done the first week.
The good thing about the entire deal is that TN is still a state that allows medical exemptions for eyes and skin or whatever.
EDIT: Seems that TN has regulation on every glass. Nice of them. Getting to a doctor right now is your only option.
OP: If I were you, I wouldn't touch my film. Go see a doctor and get the eye sensitivity issue taken care of. Exemption or other medical means. Then I would go to my tint shop and have them add another layer of 10% over the rear glass. By doing this, you're going to attempt to create an illusion as to just how dark the regulated portions of your glass are in comparison to portions of glass that they don't care about.
