try 3M rubbing compound - fine cut or ultra-fine. Or try Meguiars ultra-fine.
You can try detailer spray with clay bar - but not sure if it will do anything.
Last resort - nail polish - but be careful!!!! - it will burn your paint.
Just use the 3M Fine Cut. It will work. It is exactly what is needed. It will remove the transferred paint and polish up any light to moderate scratching of the original paint. It has no risk of damage as long as you use a clean cloth to apply.
