I work in a detail shop, I make good money, But I do it for the love of making the car look great. Be sure to always wax your vehicle after you claybar it.

I've used claybar on many of occasions (obviously) and I've had my share of problems with it, it can be great to get stubborn bugs off the front end, but it can also not get them all off.

Yes, I did not mention that, anytime you use a clay, wax your car.

Here some updated pix of my Neon.

Did process by hand, Wash, clay, ScratchX, Deep Crystal Polish step 2, 2 coats of NXT wax.

I do realize that I have a lot of wheel space in the wheel wells and was advised to lower the car, but when I get in (6' 290) and the rest of the family get's in , it's lowered =) LOL.

Thanks for looking.

The new Liquid Clay Bar by Turtle Wax seemed to work 10x quicker for me. Followed up by some of their basic wax makes for a blinding vehicle in the sun. [8D]
