best wax for black paint
Demon Wagon,
A wax I might suggest checking out is from Adam's Premium Car Care Products. The wax is called Buttery Wax and contains a blend of high-quality polymers and carnaubas. Buttery Wax does not contain any sorts of abrasives and it will NOT stain plastic or rubber surfaces on your vehicle. You can use Buttery Wax in direct sunlight (no matter how hot the surface of your paint may be) and it still comes off extremely easy with no smearing or chalky powder. Best of all the Buttery Wax comes with a 110% guarantee to outshine the competition. This wax is designed for vehicles that are usually maintained regularly. Depending on how much you drive your vehicle, I Recommend applying a coat of Buttery Wax every other oil change.

i would perhaps say meguiar's techwax. its not the greatest, although i use it now instead of goldclass. only cuz i wax very often, im lazy, and it goes on easy and comes off even easier without 'streaking'
The NXT Meguiar's wax is the ****. I put it on my car last september, and never washed my car again until after February... washed it and the water beaded off after all that salt, snow, dirt, etc. I couldnt believe it. The gold class is much deeper and wetter looking on black, but the NXT works very well for a long time.

meguires NXT texh wax or Meguires gold class. those are GOOD....what you wanna do is go over the car with meguires deep crystal cleaing wax....then go over it again with eagle one nano wax using microfiber towels.
The NXT is the tech wax. That stuff is awesome. Might not be the shiniest ever, but it looks great and lasts a long time. Gold class is more of a deeper wet look, but doesnt last as long.

The nxt wax is synthetic, that's why it last. It has a great shine because they use silicone, which can handle heat in the hundreds of degrees, which is why it lasts so long. The silicone they use is the same as what models use to shine up there legs before they walk the runway. My brother is working with silicone manufaturer and told me about it.
