Do you let the turbo spool down before shutting the engine?

If you are doing 60 or 70 on the interstate and stop for fuel give it a minute before shutting down. When I drive home the last couple miles are under 30 MPH and the last 1/2 mile is 5 to 10 MPH so there is no need to spool down, but if I stop off at a interstate rest stop after doing 70 MPH I wait a minute.

The reason is the turbo spins at tens of thousands of RPM but you turn off the engine the oil pump stops and the turbo is spinning tens of thousands of RPM with no lube.
