Question 04 not feeling well

need help please my baby (04 3500 5.9 dually) is sick. have had no problems and doesn't even haul heavy loads for a living. to start had 1/2 tank of fuel headed to mtn. filled up after 20 miles stop let idle for 15 min. pulled out to go and no power peddle to floor easied up still lose of power could keep at 40 45 mph throwing gray white smoke. first thought great bad fuel so we turned around and headed home 20 miles she made it home. changed fuel filter and put enough additive in case of water. started right up and ran fine for 25 miles and easing to stop sign she shut off after a few turns she started and on our way no problems next day same thing. the whole time engine is running great idles with no problem. after a week of running fuel out filled up again new fuel filter had to bleed lines this time. ran good ahh sigh of relief NOPE instead of stalling started to sputter and dog down for a few seconds put my peddle down and cleared up did this 2 times with in 3 miles. than was fine. next day loaded trailer to head to mtn. went 1 mile and she was sputtering and blowing smoke gray black wht. yes different. went 4 miles didn't stop turned around once again. she sat over xmas got in her today went to get more fuel she was at 1/2 tank 4 mile ran great filled up went 1/4 mile went to stop stalled 3 turns she started up again ran great the next 4 miles to home. NO CHECK ENGINE LIKE NO CODES either what the heck can a girl do. I have 84,333 on her. Please dodge family help a couzin out. I am afraid a dealer will take advantage of this and soak me good. I can do alot of the work myself but need help. Under load she is really sick normal driving she seems to stall still scary when need to pull out in traffic. Make my new year a great one. Sorry for the book but want you to have enough info. thanks
