My truck goes in and out of lock up, Can anybody help me with this 208-659-1361. I have lifted wiring harness up off alternator. Thanks Merry Christmas

Check all battery terminals, load test both batteries, make sure you've got good grounds. If all that checks out, it may be time for a trip to a tranny shop.

hope not, but sounds like trans is shot. if making sure all electrical connections are good and problem persists... time for a built auto...

im looking to get a dodge 2500 its a 2003 dodge 2500 slt crew cab long bed and it has 330k mile is it worth getting or no if it is what should i look for?

lot o miles...

I would expect it to need a lot of work...

engine might be alright, but everything else on the truck is going to stop working and need replaced...

It's only a good buy if either it's cheap enough to be able to afford to repair whatever goes wrong, or if everything has been well maintained.

I'd expect, in no particular order:

heater core
a/c leaks
u-joints
unit bearings
transmission

and I'd be surprised if it didn't need a new driver's seat.

Leaking trans. In the back just above the pan on the passenger side, there is what looks like a plug with and Allen fitting in it. Does anyone know what that is and could fluid leak at that point.
