Default A/C ports both "large" size diameter ( High?)

Ok, before you ask, YES I have checked several times and also took to my mechanic. The truck has Two Ports and they are BOTH larger size so re-charging is impossible.
The truck was re-built pretty much completely it was a salvage and put back together. It it possible someone re-built by accident with both large ports?

SO, question: How can I re-charge it? Home Made Adapter? IS there such a thing I can buy?

thanks

Thanks. After looking at it, it appears that is fairly easy and straight forward.

might replace the dryer while you are at it...whenever you have the system open, its always a good time to change the dryer...it is basically a filter for the charge system so it's kinda like changing your engine oil filter.. only its an AC part. shouldn't cost much for a new one.
