I had an oil leak on my 01 2500 push rod inspection plate fixed and they had to take off my injection pump to fix it and ever since they worked on it when it sits a while it takes bout 14 seconds to start and I just put on a new lift pump and it still does not start right away after sitting for a while. Any suggestions.

 

My guess is a banjo fitting that's allowing air to seep in.

If you shut it off and restart it right away does it still take a while, or will it fire up like normal?
