Default Clunking noise :(

I have a 2002 2500 24v cummins. It's got the 6 speed manual. Just this morning I've notice it's vibrating a lot around 60-70 km/h on the throttle. Off the throttle it seems to go away a little. I always start in 2nd gear from a dead stop and noticed this morning it's clunking if the let the clutch out fairly quickly. The clunking noise seems to be coming from around the passenger side front. Any ideas on what this could be. I jacked up the front of the truck and wiggled the passenger side front tire to check for play. Seems tight. Drive shaft seems tight too. Truck only have 175,000kms on it.
