I have a 2012 Ram with the 6.7 Cummins, it has 170,000 miles and still running strong. I recently bought a 2017 with the Cummins and it has 6000 miles and it sounds like it's knocking at idle and it's pretty distinct and loud. Has anybody else have this problem or I got it should I take it to the dealership and let them listen to it?

Hi Mclean,

If you decide to visit your local dealership for further diagnosis of your concern I'd be happy to offer assistance if needed. Just send us a PM with your VIN and let me know!
