I am sure it was a dumb question to some, but after I started engine and took off for 60 minute trip I noticed drain from 14 to 8 and dimming off all lights, might I have blown a fuse or ??

"with dual batteries on 2006, can I jump one battery with wit charger on the other?"

No alternator output. Might be a blown fuse, bad alternator, bad voltage regulator, or bad battery isolater. (if your truck even has one.)
