Default Brake Rotors removal help

1999 Dodge Avenger ES. I am having problems getting the rotors off the front, I have been reading all the creative ways to remove them. Im just trying to understand if I have to take that big screw that sits in the center off first? I have two holes on the rotors but they dont have any threads in them, I have banged and wacked at this thing and it just wont buge. Any ideas that may work that dont include torches? Also I sprayed WD30 on it and let it sit i hope this works, I dont want to keep banging on this thing because Im afraid I might damage something else in the process. Thanks all.

I never heard of WD30. You don't touch the big nut in the middle that's for the CV shaft only. The 2 holes are threaded, your's are probably rusted and you can't see the threads... but they are indeed there. they are metric and as I recall 8mmx1.25
