I have a 2008 Dodge Avenger SXT. For the past couple of months every time I turn on my air conditioner, the vents spew what looks like white dust, except it isn't dust. It's much grainier than that. It doesn't happen with the heat, or even on cold without the AC button lit up. It also doesn't happen on Defrost. Just on dash. Any ideas on what could be causing this? The filter is clean, I had it replaced.

 

I have 2008 avenger have no power to a/c compressor. Light on dash says its on but no power to compressor and cooling fans are not coming on either.

 

check with the cables, or just consult any technician he will make it right

 

i think you have a low gas in you a/c compressor because as you are saying that something vents from you a/c. So you need to go some garage who can see this and sure this that the problem is same or something else.
