My son took his 98 dodge avenger V6 auto to get the emissions checked for registration. It failed and they gave him a list of the following codes. P0300, P0302, P0304, P0700, P1776, & P0420. From what I have been reading this sounds like a lot of different problems from transmission selenoid, O2 sensor to cylinder misfires. Does anyone know what these codes mean exactly? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

 

take it to advanced auto or autozone and have it scanned they provide a printout of the codes. I don't have the 4 codes written down my scanner does the 2 codes
