Who here has driven in a 2011 Dodge Avenger or own one, I hear a lot about the new Charger but not the new avenger. Post reviews or pics of 2011's Avengers

 

I drove it. It drove exachly like the 08-10 avenger. All they did if beef up the Cheap plastic interior with more luxury feel.
I drove the New charger too. The seats are more comfortable, interior is freaking awsm. But it also drive exactly like the old charger.

Both of these car sits on the same chasis, they mainly beefed up the interior quality.

 

For the Avenger what kind of engine though was it still the world or did you have the Pentastar engine.

 

I drove both, since i work at dodge dealership.
The have the 2.4 world engine and the 3.6L pentastar.
The 3.6l penstar gives more kick when u do pedal the the metal. But on normal daily driving, it drives about the same as the older 3.5l.

If you plan to get a Pentastar vehicle, i advise you do hold off for a year or 2, it is a new engine, and i heard some of them are experiencing Cooling problem on the Head from other dealership.

Thats good advice too, I usually just in general stay away from the first year of a new type of production, because of problems. Always better to get the 2nd or 3rd generation where most of the problems are solved

 

yeah latest editions are issue and recall free. u might have spend some extra bucks but that is good investment.
