Nostalgia: My First New Car '98 Avenger
Nostalgia time....
Back in 1998 I was 21 and after returning from my 1st tour in S. Korea. I bought a black 1998 Dodge Avenger Sport with dealer installed sunroof. It had the Silver Aluminum 5 spokes and matching Badges.
I installed Silver Racing stripes, and color matched the Spoiler. 5% tint on all the windows. Later I got some blue neon bars for underneath and if I remember correctly CD deck with 2 MTX 10" subs. Had the Amp, crossover, & 1 Farad Capacitor custom mounted to the back seats on a carpeted board.
Never really got into performance mods, but I loved that car. Many good memories. Kept it until SEP 2001 when SUbaru released the WRX to the U.S. market.
My only photo - no digicams as far as I recall.
