Default Heater Fan on 1998 Dodge Avenger

Heater fan stopped working last nite and only 0 degrees (Alaska). Appears to be power to controls, AC button next to fan control lights up when pushed. However fan does not work at all. Checked fuses and all are good. How do I check for problem? Is there an in-line fuse? Do I take out heater controls from dash, how, and what do I look for? Do I take out fan motor, how, and what do I look for? Any advice appreciated, thanks.

I had this issue on my 99.

Switched the blower motor out and fixed it np.

Stealership told me 4hour job when in fact I had it out in 10 minutes and the new one installed in 10 minutes lol.

The last bolt @ the back of the blower motor is a pain in the *** to get at.

Very simple job, make sure your power cord isn't loose too before you start swapping parts out.
