I have a 2012 Dodge Avenger. It blew a head gasket and I have had the heads machined and reinstalled the heads but now I am trying to set crankshaft timing and it won't budge. When the head gasket blew it puked coolant through cylinders 1 and 2. I had the heads off and the car sat for like 4 months while I got all the parts. There was rust on the pistons when I put the heads on but I didn't think it was enough to seize the pistons. I put marvel miracle oil in the spark plug holes and let it sit for 2 days now but when I try to turn the crankshaft clockwise it feels like the bolt is twisting. Any ideas? I really do not feel knowledgeable enough to drop the pistons out.
