Default Low Beam Headlights Out

Both headlight on my daughters 2013 Avenger low beam headlights not functioning. They both went out at the same time. High beams still work, as well as every other signals. Just learned there is no fuse and it's possibly the TIPM by reading whatever I could on google searches.

If anyone can offer advice on a solution and how we should proceed, it will be very much appreciated.

Thanks in advance!

you are correct the tipm feeds the low beams.
the left low beam is pin 4 white/dark blue wire on the c4 connector at the tipm
the right low beam is pin 3 c5 white tan wire
if you lift up the tipm, remove the connector, supply power on the pin and the light works...the wiring and bulbs are good...you need a tipm.

Thank you very much! I will price a replacement right now.
