First check, both heater hoses are hot and fan is operating properly.now chk Left side of heater box. Which is hard to get you if you're not thin, On my Avenger, the actuator was only working half way and had to be replaced. IT WAS NOT CLICKING LIKE OTHERS I HAVE REPLACED Which wasn't very easy but I did not have to remove all the interior parts that they show on the videos.You have to be SMALLER AND FLEXIBLE, I wonder how many heater cores were replaced because they didn't have the clicking noise from the actuator.
