You don't say what model or features your looking at nor
where your located.
The price varies from location ,dealer and time of month
so your best bet is to get out there, find the trim you want
and bargain close to the end of the month.

Do a kelly blue book and see what the average person pays, then see what invoice is and go and battle it out with a dealer.

Heck here it is...Kelly Blue book on '08 Dodge Caliber SXT
MSRP*$17,420.00 Invoice*$16,364.00 New Car Blue
Book Value*What consumers are really paying for this vehicle $16,609.00 Didn't say what options were picked but 16G's for a new car is not bad. I'm trying to get the wifey to trade our Neon in on a Caliber but she won't bite She don't want a longer loan when we are getting close on ours. Someday soon I may talk her into it.Aaron

It varies what everyone pays for a vehicle. Research the options and trim level in the model you are interested in, whether it's a caliber or another car and decide the price youare willing to pay for the options you want.
Learn to negotiate prices with the dealer and go to a coupledifferent ones and have them compete prices for your business.
I suggest you don't buy anything from the dealershipEXCEPT THE CAR! Don't buy into that electronic rust proofing or any type of paint protection or even car starter, etc.
If you are interested in extended warrantees,I recommend you pay cash if that is anoption for you, otherwise it will be included inyour monthly bills and you will be charged interest for it.
I hoped this helped a bit and good luck with your search!
