Default caliber rt owners

do you own a rt? if so do the firestones that came on it handle good in the snow?? and the ?? of the day have you or any one you know changed out the stock tires for winter, if so what wheels and size did they use??.. or any one here who works at a dodge dealer ship might be able to help out here. see i was told by the sales man / owner, his parts manage and the service manager, that yes i could use the 15 in. wheels that came stock on the se's, so i bought snow tires wheels and the stock caliber hub caps only to find out they don't fit, i'm not happy with them but oh well, after talking to the dealer ship owner he has his service guy try a few different wheels like the 16 in. steels off of a caravan, 16's off the nitro and the wheels off his own caliber sxt sport which are 17's he claims none of these will work. i realy find that strange. so here i am out about $600 of tires/wheels i can't use and still no snow tires...

I'm guessing the R/T has bigger brakes maybe since my SXT has 17's.

I would suggest discount tire locally if you have one. their website didnt show the steel wheels that she got, but they had them in the book at the store...
we don't have a discount tire around here, and like i said thanks to the dealer telling me i could use 15 in. i now have a set of 4 wheels , tires and hub caps. i realy need to find some one that has changed out there rt during the winter. and again i realy thing the dodge dealer ship is lieing to me as they said they tried a 16 in wheel off the mini van, 16 in. nitro wheel and a 17 in. off a caliber sxt and those will not work. and before i spend any more money i need to be sure, as i already spend over $500 on wheels and tires i can't use.
