08 Caliber starting to surge

08 Caliber starting to surge

Hi everyone,

My 2008 Caliber is starting to surge around 35 to 40 mph. It acts like it doesn't know what gear to be in. It has about 30,000 miles on it, any ideas what might be the problem?

Welcome to the forum. I just checked the manual and it is time for new spark plugs. They are due at 30K miles.

Wow the plugs were already changed. it kinda of interesting that this started to happen shortly after having them changed at the dealership.

Maybe a bad plug or coil boot.

I say it's still under warranty, It's the dealers idssue.
