Last night I notice my turn siig was not working and when I got home checking it I found the headlight would not turn on but when you start the car they come on where you have them on or not brake light work when you lock the car or unlock it the light and running light come on for a few minutes. this morning on the way to work it was raining and my wipers would not come on I check fuses found none blown. ( the one under the hood) where do I check next

 

Sounds to me like the multi-function switch in the column may be bad. The lights and wipers all run thru this switch.
