Caliber Dead, Electric Throttle Control On
I have a 2007 Dodge Caliber. I drove it to the movies last light and it was fine. No indicator lights were on. This morning my car was dead. When I try to turn it on the engine clicks, the lights work, for some reason the windshield whippers start moving and the ETC light comes on. i tried to jump start it to no avail and I also unhooked the battery to reset everything and that didn't work. What is going on?

Update
i did a suggested key test and no codes were shown, it just said dOnE. However after the key test the ABS, Brake, Check engine lights stayed on and the ETC light was on then went off after a few seconds. When I went to lock the car the horn was weak. I am confused now.

Did you find the problem? Was it the battery?
