I have a 2007 dodge caliber. Check engine light came on and the code i got was P2017 it stated if could be open or short circuit, poor electrical connector, faulty fuel pump, faulty fuel injection pump or faulty fuel injectors. i put in fuel cleaner in gas tank still having issue. the light goes off when the gasoline is over half full and it comes on at half full and below. what should i try next?

 

there is a TSB for this, you need a intake manifold and a Software update.

 

i have a 2007 caliber code 2107 came up took to dealer but still have throttle issues they changed throttle actuator control moduale processer still had code .can i upgrade chip to take code off

 

what type of throttle issue? is the car stuck on LIMP mode? On caliber, Sometimes you have to replace the PCM with the throttle body together... They like to die together once in a while.
If you meant the lightning symbol, it doesn't necessarily means you need a throttle body. Some of the stupid Traction Control codes can set that light off.

 

how can i test for limp mode

 

you can't go over 25 MPH.
