change oil soon

Default change oil soon

i keep getting the change oil soon in the dash on my 2011 caliber. i mean i can drain oil and 2 weeks later the dash will show to change oil every time i turn vehicle on. does anyine have same issue or any sugestions?

You have to reset the counter.

Turn key to on position without starting the car. Press gass pedal 3x within 10 secs. Shut key off. Start car and you're good to go.

Yep, you must reset it every time you change the oil. It will come on at about 2500 miles to let you know that 3000 miles is coming up.

Have you been able to try resetting you oil change indicator, as suggested? Did that solve your problem? If you are still having problems you can PM me for further review.
