About a month ago one of my headlights went out. I got the bulb replaced and worked fine. A week ago I turned off my car and when I went to start it again...neither headlight was working. All other exterior lights are working...just no headlights. Any suggestions of what the problem could be? Your suggestions are much appreciated. I'm a single mom trying to save some $ by doing the work myself.

I would try to pull the turn signal arm back to see if it may have somehow got stuck between low and high beams. If that's ok, then I would check the fuses under the hood.

If that all checks good, try another bulb just to rule that out. My fog lamps on my Ram died at the same time and I thought for sure that it was something else wrong. You may have gotten a bad lot of bulbs.
