Hope there is someone that can give me directions or a manual on how to replace the alternator for my Mothers 2008 Dodge Caliber 2.0L. Thanks for any suggestions.

I am pretty sure that you need to unbolt the a/c compressor to remove it. You do not have to unhook the lines, just move it out of the way.
