Default Electric windows all dead at once

I'm helping a friend out with her2007 caliber. She rolled down one window half way, now they are all dead. There is no fuse that I could find for them. I heard that the tpim or something like that may be faulty. It seems just goody to have a heavily used circuit run without a replaceable fuse, but it was not my design. I wonder if this thing is repairable? I know lots of electronicly controlled modules in GM cars have a common fault of failing simply because GM did not put enough solder on the circuit boards. The remedy there is to expose their circuit boards and carefully add a bit of solder to all the contacts that lack them, like HVAC control and the wiper motor in example. I'm hoping there is a similar fix for this TPIM or TCIM module (forgot the exact enacronym). Any thoughts guys?

Problem solved. Previous owner messed with window wires in a back door, repaired those and all is well.
