This very morning, it's cold. The blower motor isn't working, I hook up an external heater. After ten minutes the car is in limp mode without check engine light. What is causing this?
This is the second time now the lightning bolt symbol flashes when it is in limp mode. I've narrowed it down to the acceletator pedal sensor, throttle body, or worst case scenario the tipm.
Found the problem afte doing a code scan, it was the coolant temp sensor, replaced and cleared the codes. That 1 sensor was throwing the car into limp mode.
