Hi guys, I have 2007 Dodge Caliber and i found the coolant neck filler got damaged. how to fix that. the neck filler is attached to a metal plate and i don't know how to detach it. the black color clamps (i guess they are of hard plastic) is covering the hose and how to take the hose out of that clamp.
