I have not seen any a/c bypass pulleys for a Caliber.

 

gas or diesel engine?

they have belts for non a/c equipped models at rock auto. maybe you could swap the belt and bypass the ac compressor.

I don't see a non ac belt routing in the service manual so just be aware that this may or may not work.
