It is also loosing power when i turn the wheel while i'm not driving it will rumble like it wants to stall and lights will go dim same if im doing up the power windows if im in park and rev it to 2000 rpm and let go the gas once the rpms drop back down it will rumble like it wants to stall thanks for replying.

Replaced
air filter
battery
MAP sensor
O2 sensors
VVT actuators
water temp sensor
air temp sensor
cam position sensors (the intake side cam sensor was hard)
crank position sensor (this one was hard too)
PCV valve
Spark plugs
All 4 coils
Cleaned
Throttle body - removed from car and spent a good 20 minutes on it with rags, throttle body cleaner and compressed air.
Checked and tightened
All vacuum hoses and electrical connections.
All of the electrical connections for the sensors above got a good dose of contact cleaner.
Calibrated
Throttle position sensor - after putting the clean throttle body back on the car, and replacing all of the above parts, I used an Autel MX808 calibrate the throttle position sensor.
After all that, it idles and runs very smooth.
