It almost sounds like a motor mount problem. It may be relieving the weight off of the bad mount when in reverse. It is like a dead miss, or more like a constant vibration.

My 2007 manual R/T FWD did that when I first got it. It does not do it now, but I'm not sure what fixed it. It was one of these things that I did:

Replaced
air filter
battery
MAP sensor
O2 sensors
VVT actuators
water temp sensor
air temp sensor
cam position sensors (the intake side cam sensor was hard)
crank position sensor (this one was hard too)
PCV valve
Spark plugs
All 4 coils

Cleaned
Throttle body - removed from car and spent a good 20 minutes on it with rags, throttle body cleaner and compressed air.

Checked and tightened
All vacuum hoses and electrical connections.

All of the electrical connections for the sensors above got a good dose of contact cleaner.

Calibrated
Throttle position sensor - after putting the clean throttle body back on the car, and replacing all of the above parts, I used an Autel MX808 calibrate the throttle position sensor.

After all that, it idles and runs very smooth.

I'm pretty sure u have to either replace your throttle body or give it a good cleaning. That's real close to wat mine was doing
