Default 08 Caliber CVT Transmission Issue

Hey guys so I have a 2008 Dodge Caliber Base model it's the 2.0L with the CVT Jatco transmission...

What happened was I noticed the Alternator was starting to go bad due to the stupid de coupleing Pully and when I was driving it the battery voltage dropped so much it adventually stalled out on me when I was trying to get home. I had to be Towed home abour 1 mile. So got home went and got an Alternator, I replaced the Alternator put it all back together Here is what is wierd... I touched NOTHING ELSE except replaced the Alternator and the Serpintine Belt... I went to test drive it and it will BARLEY accelerate, it's almost like a turbocharged car, once it hits 15 MPH it suddenly takes off like a Car that has a ton of "Turbo Lag" is the best wat to describe it. Seems to me like the Belt Pullys are stuck in a Position as they would be in at high way speeds and the car is not able to over come the belt/pully positions My guess is that it's like trying to take off on a 10 speed bycicle in the higest gear (Hopfully you're understanding what I am saying) The wierd thing is that the Transmission DOES SHIFT just fine from 1 through OD how ever I have Codes

P0700 - Transmission Control System (MIL Request)
P0746 - Pressure Control Solenoid "A" Performance or Stuck OFF
P0777 - Pressure Control Solenoide "B" Stuck ON

I assume these control the Belt Pully... My question is What do I need to look for to fix this? WHy would it have even done this? Was it something to do with the Car Dying at 30 MPH then the battery going basicully "Flat" dead and the ECU was not able to "down Shift" or adjust the belt pullys?

Thanks for any help that anyone has and knows a Fix!

I Was on the Caliber forums but it was no use some Idiot was trying to tell me it was the battery *Face Palm*
