Reset ECM/PCM on 2009 Caliber?
Hi, all,
My daughter's 2009 Caliber is showing an intermittent loss of power on inclines, and the other day it stalled at a red light and would not start for a couple of minutes. Checked the codes today and got P0606 - ECM/PCM Processor, and P0335 - Crankshaft Position Sensor A Circuit. Mechanic last week found the P0335 in memory, but not present. He cleared the code, inspected the sensor wiring, and did a road test where he could not replicate the issue.
I have seen online that a reset of the ECM/PCM can solve issues with it sometimes, but have seen conflicting info on how to perform a reset, and have not found anything specific to doing the reset on a Caliber. Any thoughts?
