Default Is my PCM bad? I changed parts

I have a 2007 Dodge Caliber 177k miles for real cheap, like 300$. I am trying to get er fixed and I got these errors, and I changed the plugs, the water sensor, and the intake manifold runner sensor and the oil. I disconnected the battery for 10 min, and can't erase the codes. Is the PCM going out on it?

I know this is an older thread, but It will have to be reset with a scan tool. If they keep coming back, I would check all of the grounds under the hood.
