How'd you get a build date while still in "D" status? They just keep telling me there is no information at all on my car beyond having a VIN. Our orders look pretty similiar and were put in about the same time too.

 

I don't have a build date. It was an estimation.

 

Just wondering if you got your caliber yet.... I put my order in the same time as you and still havent heard anything...Was told that I would get it the end of June then Aug 8th is the delivery date.. But cant seem to get a vin or von #

 

No, I don't have mine yet. I was told it was supposed to be built last week, but because of the holiday plant shutdown, it was delayed (sounds like BS to me!). So now they don't know when it will be built. Mine is currently in D status and has been since June 5th. Typically an ordered vehicle can sit in D status for up to 8 weeks for a normal order. Caliber orders will probably sit in D status for up to 12 weeks if not longer depending on if they can keep those damn robots working efficiently.
