Good luck!!!!
simple , in the back of the brake pedal, there are a switch , just turn the complete switch to the left and remove from there. in the switch you going to see a stick , just move in and out , and then turn the car on. when it happen to me , i put wd40 on it to preven a future event

this is an issue that can be easily dealt with simply put the car into neutral with the brake applied then apply the parking brake lever. Then.slowly remove your foot from the brake making sure that it does not roll backward or forward if so pull up more on the parking brake. once it is set your will easily get the shift lever into or out of park. you should get in the habit of using the parking brake occasionally to make sure that it is stays in good working condition so that if or when in this case you need to use it that the cables are not rusted and immobile or worse your application of the hand brake creates a situation where it cases the parking/hand brake to remain on. When you park on a hill and put the vehicle into park and let it slide forward or backward onto the parking safety pin you are putting a large amount of pressure on this pin and it can be very difficult if not almost impossible for the shifter to overcome the static friction created by the weight bearing on it. hope this helps
