so does anyone know how to remove the headliner yet? if so will it affect the airbags in any way?

 

I'm having the headliner replaced in my Caliber. It came from the factory with some stains in it. Why are you needing to remove it? If it is to run wires to run Sat etc. there is no need to remove it.

 

To carefully remove your headliner, after you've removed all hardware that bolts through the headliner, slide the headliner toward the rear of the car and drop its front down under the steering wheel. To get it out of the passenegr door, move out the front first.
