Sirius Radio memory buttons

Since Sirius updated the stations, I have lost all my pre-sets and am unable to set new ones. Each time I set a station on a specific button, it disappears. Has anyone else had this issue?

I had to take the car back to the dealer. They reset the memory on the radio and everything works great.

Sirius updated mine Monday, and none of my presets or anything changed changed.
