Yeh, I bet the R/T would be a bit more difficult to lower.
Doubtful... Struts and shocks all have the same basic principals. Of course you can lower the car with just springs, but if you'd like to keep your ride quality some-what decent, I recommend waiting for a full cupkit. The springs are made to be stiff, so that it minimalizes the travel of the vehicle downward over bumps. Concidering that the stock struts and shocks aren't made for this, they'll end up wearing out quickly.
I think the Caliber would look hot slammed on a set of wide 17" wheels. What's the bolt pattern and recommended offset for the Caliber?
