'96 Caravan blower motor relay.
fuse 7 oops 40 amp i was looking at another van at that time =). so u are telling me u run a jumper wire from the batt to the blue wire right at the blower motor and it works with the blower motor switch on what ever speed u set it to correct?
if u can read a wire diagram here ya go. Then what u ahve ais a broken wire, damaged connector, damaged connector at eh pdc or a bad relay. or relay outputs

It is not mentioned in the PDC either. Basically I have to follow this wire to wherever it goes. I checked all the relays under the steering wheel as well as the relays in the PDC.
Ihave worked on many cars with electrical issues and know this van pretty good but this too crazy.....

ok man U are in luck we some what hehe I had a 96 NS in the shop went looking for the relay and it did not evne show on chrysler web site where it was loctaed I had to go to an outside source and find a location.
Its behind the JUNCTION block inside the van. The black box with all the fuses and 4 big connectors, it's behind that from what Ondemand says here is a pic. HUmmm u can remove the JB and see if u need a relay or bad connection. I would get a relay from chrysler its not a standard relay so that when u get to that point u can just install one. OH BTW check for the power at the relay connector b4 u put things back together so u know its only a relay and not a broken wire some where from the 40 amp fuse to the relay control. Well it wont let me cut and past the pic in ON demand sorry.

That is absolutely great news!! I did find the blue wire going into the JB from the front but could not a relay at the front of the JB. Thank God I only put the JB back with one bolt so it will be easier to look behind.
I finally get some motivation again trying to fix it.
Thanks a bunch
(ps...got your email...will surely do)

Ok....pulled the JB and I have a metal box with a blue long connector and two white connectors on the other side. Is that the actual item you were referring to?
The blower motor relay was indeed behind the Juncion Block (JB) sitting by itself. It is not mentioned in the Haynes manual so if you have a problem, the relay is clicked to the firewall.
Many thanks to Dodge Tech to get this information.....
