'96 Caravan blower motor relay.
I have read this and other posts like it. I have not found one that has the same problem as mine. The red wire going into the resistor was burnt at the conector, it melted the pigtail, and I had to buy both the pigtail and the resistor. Now that I have both installed, I still have no blower.
(State inspect is around the corner, and this is a failing item right now, so I have less than 3 weeks to fix this)
So there IS a relay in here somewhere (according to this thread). Would the relay have fried if the resistor fried? what else could I have fried, and why didn't I blow any fuses?
I an digging the JB out of the way in the afternoon after work, but I am curious if I can look for other issues (incase the "hidden" relay is not the issue.)
Anyone have some foresite they would like to add here?

I had to replace the a/c bezel in the dash since soda went over it, which maby had caused the relay to go out as well. You might be able to find the relay if you are not too tall and go towards the pedals. You will find a stand alone relay mounted either on the side or on the firewall.
In case you need to replace the bezel in the dash, go to ebay since you can find several for about $30. Dodge asks for $475.
